Bold Black and Red Eyeshadow Tutorial!

Hey Lovelies! I had been wanting to wear a black and red eyeshadow look for some time, but I wanted to try something a bit different.

Products Used:

Elf's Eyelid Primer
Urban Decay Eyeshadow in Bordello
Urban Decay Eyeshadow in Sellout
Elf Studio Kohl Eyeliner
Elf Mineral Infused Mascara
Urban Deacy Eyeshadow in Perversion
Elf Lip Balm Tint in Nude
Elf Studio Blush in Giddy Gold

Step 1: Prime your beautiful Eyelids. I am using Elf's Eyelid Primer in Champagne.

Step 2: Apply a black eyeliner on the inner corner of your eye and the outer corner of your eye.
This does not have to be perfect--we will be smudging, smudging, smudging! Leave the center of your eyelid bare though...we will be filling this in soon. ;) I am using Elf's Studio Kohl Eyeliner.

Step 3: Using a brush, smudge that black eyeliner to soften the look.
Step 4: Take a deep red eyeshadow and fill in the empty space in the center of your eyelids. I am using Urban Decay's Bordello.

Step 5: Apply a black eyeshadow to your lower lash line. Make sure to connect your upper lash line to your lower one for continuity. I am using Urban Decay's Perversion.

Step 6: Using a pale nude or skin-tone shade, highlight your brow bone. I am using Urban Decay's Sellout.

Step 7: Using the black eyeliner, line your upper lash line and waterline. It's up to you if you'd like to add wings or not.

Step 8: Apply a coat or two of black mascara. I am using Elf's Mineral Infused Mascara.

Step 9: For my lips I decided to go with a nude shade because my eyes were bold and dark. I am using Elf's Lip balm tint in Nude.

Step 10: To add a small amount of shimmer, I dabbed Elf's Studio Blush in Giddy Gold onto my cheeks and blended upwards and outwards towards my temples.

Step 11: Feel Fabulous! This is my finished look. A small amount of shimmer on my cheeks ties the whole look together. Edgy and fun I say!
